1. Quick Setup

To enable smurf detection, ensure your profile and game settings are correctly configured in the app:

  • Player Name: Enter your in-game name (e.g., "Xorgas"). Omit clan tags.
  • Screenshot Folder: The directory where SC2 saves screenshots. Typical path: Documents/StarCraft II/Accounts/.../Screenshots.
2. Usage
  • Keep the app running while playing StarCraft II.
  • When the loading screen appears, press your Print Screen key.
  • The app will automatically detect the screenshot, analyze the opponent, and provide a verdict.
3. macOS Setup (Recommended)

For the best OCR accuracy on macOS, we recommend installing the system version of Tesseract via MacPorts:

  1. Xcode Tools: Open Terminal and run: xcode-select --install
  2. Install MacPorts: Download the installer for your macOS version (e.g., Monterey) from macports.org and run the .pkg file.
  3. Install Dependencies: After restarting your Terminal, run: 
    sudo port selfupdate
sudo port install tesseract
